    • With the guidance of my supervisor in just 1-2 months one of my fixtures designed for vertical barrel bushing was made possible and in use.
    With constant monitoring of the designed model in our tooling.

    • Design of fiberglass protection cover for safety measures of the operator. The safety of the operator in operating the said process is high value.

    • Constant monitoring of the amount of pressure before the operation is highly promoted for the safety and quality output of the product in the process.

    • Calculate the comparison of run time to the previous horizontal barrel bushing press. Quantity estimate per day.

    • Monitor the number of cycles before the failure of a certain part of the Fixture design for the quality of each and every finished product in this operation.

    • Wherein in every design there is a principle to consider that the first thing to fail is the smallest and can easily be replaced. So that the cost of maintenance and quality of products will remain.
