Site Engineer

Site Engineer / Zone Owner:

Handle end-to-end project supervision (CME: Civil/Mechanical/Electrical works, Telecom Equip. installation & Integration), as well as I do all cell site activity including Site survey, Commissioning, Migration, BFT, Rectification, and Acceptance of all FTK, Tower Re-Loc & other Macro/Micro under our client Smart/Globe/DITO Telecom Project.

Monitors project daily progress and provide technical assistance, installation and troubleshooting as well as
interpreting design details to all Sub cons for much better understanding on the work to be done.

Impose strictly Safety protocol (EHS) & conduct QA/QC task inspection in every milestone of the constructions
in preparation for PRE-PAT & PAT activity together with client for commissioning process.

Collaborate with all lessor of the site as well as with subcontractor in resolving any issue regarding legal documents,
permitting & all constructions problem affecting the on-going activity & resolve immediately by creating a solution
that beneficial to all party & will help speed up to finish project site activity in a much shorter period as per plan.

Process Engineer

Process Engineer:

Evaluates existing processes and configures manufacturing system to reduce cost, improve the quality &
provide sustainability. Also responsible on the deployment of new product introductions/evaluation (NPI/NPE)
with high quality through on time preparation of needed process documents and procurement of needed
machines, fixtures, die cast moulds and its tooling’s.

Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, increase efficiencies
& yields, lower changeovers rates. Resolve quality issues and establish measurable process controls:
it includes Machine Operational Procedure (MOP), Work Instruction (WI), Process Flow (PF), FMEA
and other pertinent control tools like: 8D, SPC, DOE, PDCA, GRR & etc..

Communicate with vendors/suppliers for quotation on needed machine, fabricated parts, tooling’s,
Die Cast Moulds, jigs & fixtures.

CAD Design Engineer:

Design production floor layout, fabricated parts, tooling’s, jigs & fixtures using Solidworks & AutoCAD software,
& support process engineer on design improvement of current equipment & project development.

Mechanical Designer Engineer

Mechanical Designer Engineer:

Carry out on-site projects documentation, assessment & reverse engineering.

Design an assembly drawing of machine, machine parts, & jigs fixture with complete detail
working drawing that suit to the customer provide concept.

Prepare list of standard components with specification of materials using SAP & MS Project application.

Initiates design improvement supported with computation and formula as well as using standard
parts to ensure the quality & effectiveness of the designed projects.

Design Engineer

Design Engineer:
Create a design of a complete package of machine, parts of machine or jigs & fixture using Solidworks,
Catia V5 & AutoCAD software that provide our customer with innovative and cost effective solutions.

Create design of Mold Parts, Tooling’s, DTFS ( Dambar Trimming Forming Stripping ) that specially design
for Semiconductors Industry, as well as conduct Mold Refurbishment services.

Provide engineering changes design, design improvements based on customer requires concept.

Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician:

Ensure the productivity by reducing machine downtime, ensure the highest quality of product for
customer satisfaction by maintaining the machine to its required specification through TPM
and other activity . Monitor safety of current manufacturing processes thru activity check sheets,
as well as developing new processes to improve manufacturing efficiency or to decrease its cost.

Conduct TPM ( Total Preventive Maintenance ) and OPL ( One Point Lesson ) activity and update machine
standard manuals, function block diagram, updating machine maintenance check sheets as well as
making failure mode analysis.

Perform machine troubleshooting and repair, changing models and changing model improvement.

CAD Designer:

Modified & improved Design of existing machine, machine parts, jigs and fixtures using Inventor &
AutoCAD software application thru KAIZEN group activity.
